Below are some links to resources that can give your brain a healthy work out. But be advised: the latest studies say that without moderate physical exercise, the brain exercise won't be nearly as effective, so couple the physical and the mental, and you should be strong well into your 90s! One excellent way to keep the brain fit: read, read, read! Playing puzzles and even BINGO can also work. Whichever brain exercises you use, the three key principles for good brain exercises are: novelty, variety and constant challenge.
