Retiring Wisely, the IFT retirement planning guide

Retiring Wisely, the IFT retirement planning guide was first published several years ago. Revised this spring, the booklet supplements the retirement planning seminars held annually for members nearing retirement. The guide can be viewed or downloaded and saved or printed by clicking on the additional resources link below.

Local 571, through the IFT, annually presents retirement workshops for active members as well as members already retired. Recent topics at the Robert M. Healey Conference Center in Westmont have included:

Retirement for members 3-5 years out
Retirement for members 2-3 years out
TRS and Medicare
Social Security and Medicare
