District 807 The Niles Township Federation of Special Education Teachers (NTFSET) is a council with 73 members. All are employed by Niles Township District for Special Education serving students from ages 3-21 with cognitive, emotional and behavioral disabilities. Union members include special education teachers, psychologists, social workers, nurses, occupational therapists, physical therapists, vision therapists, speech/language pathologists, music therapists, and behavior specialists.
